Worcester-based Mobilise Arts will preview their new musical family show, Just Be You, before heading to Stratford this summer. The show, suitable for children aged 3-11, explores themes of wellbeing, nature, and identity, written and directed by Hannah Phillips. Audiences in Worcester can catch previews on 9 and 10 August at The Arches, followed by a performance at the Royal Shakespeare Company’s Holloway Garden Theatre in Stratford on 11 August. Tickets are free but booking is required.
Just Be You features original music by Nik Haley and musical direction by Rachel Jones. The audience will be transported to Fairyland, with characters River and Gaia delivering important messages about self-love and environmental conservation.
